Who operates this site

Enquiries
If you send a project enquiry, the name, email address, project type, optional budget and message are stored in the site’s private inbox so the enquiry can be reviewed and answered. The site may send an email notification if an email provider is configured. Do not include sensitive personal or financial information.
Basic analytics
The site records page views and a short list of project/contact interaction events to understand which pages are useful. It does not intentionally store raw IP addresses, advertising identifiers, or cross-site tracking profiles. Hosting providers may independently process connection logs; confirm the hosting provider’s terms and retention before launch.
Cookies and security
A necessary, HTTP-only session cookie is used for the private administration area. A short-lived security token cookie protects form submissions. The theme choice is stored locally in your browser. Optional spam protection may contact Cloudflare Turnstile if it is configured; disclose this before enabling it.
Retention and requests
Enquiries remain in the private inbox until they are deleted or a retention policy is set. Contact the site operator to request access, correction or deletion of an enquiry. Add a verified contact channel and a specific retention period before launch.
Service providers and hosting
Depending on configuration, enquiry notifications may be handled by Resend, spam prevention by Cloudflare, and page delivery by the chosen hosting provider. Only enable services that are disclosed here and configured for the applicable privacy requirements.
Changes
This policy must be updated when the site’s data collection or service providers change. It is not legal advice.
